Mr Motsoela is a Professional Telecommunications Engineer with over 30 years of experience in telecommunications engineering, policy and regulation. He has worked in Botswana, Namibia, South Africa, Swaziland and Tanzania. Mr Motsoela is the Managing Director of ICT Consultants, a premier consulting firm in the telecommunications sector. Mr Motsoela holds a masters degree in Telecommunication Engineering from McMaster University in Canada and a Post Graduate Certificate in Telecommunications Policy and Regulation from City University in London, England.
